Job Description:
-Design graphic interface, create HTML layout, banner Flash;
- Design UI, UX and develop webpage layout and applications for website and mobile;
- Design prototypes including graphics-design, site navigation, and layout of content for both PC Web and Mobile Web;
- Develop ideas for marketing activities, branding recognition, website and turn it into reality with design;
- To be involved with the technical and graphic aspects of a website on how the site works and how it looks;
- Communicate with client to get requirements and understand deeply requests in order to create a suitable design for development;
- Work in tasks involved in project management such as: plan, task assignment for each member in team, tracking progress and keep deadlines, report, etc;

Job Requirements:
- BA degree in design field or equivalent;
- At least 5 year experience in UI, UX web design;
- 2 year working in team leader position;
- Experience in project management;
- Good English communication (speaking & writing skills);
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent use of Photoshop, Illustrator, Dream Weaver, Adobe Flash, CSS3, HTML5, Javascripts;
- Be able to perform both design and coding of HTML’ tasks;
- Experience in making the Japanese website, mobile application website is a plus;
- Be able to produce quality brochure or website design;
- Can work in teamwork and independently;
- Hardworking, enthusiasm, responsibility & carefulness;
- Be creative, imaginable and have good sense of art;
- Good knowledge about the global modern graphic & design trend;
- Have experience with GUI design for social network;

Remuneration Package:
• Salary: Competitive with lucrative add-ons (based on skills and experience)
• Working hours: 9:00 ~ 17:00 (5 days per week);
• Excellent overtime compensation policy;
• Bonus : Twice a year (equivalent to 2 months salary);
• Well-equipped with insurance package as regulated by Labor Law;
• Salary Review: 2 times/year based on employee's performance and contribution;
• Other benefits as per stated in Vietnamese Labor Law;
