Are you professional in GUI Design and Usability Engineering and passionate about state-of-the-art IT solutions? Are you interested in leading user interface design, advocating for user throughout development process, and testing and evaluating user interfaces? If you answered yes, this is the job for you.

As a User Experience Specialist, you will:
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective, user-centered interactive experiences
- Design wireframes and interactive prototypes for demonstration and evaluation of concepts to business owners
- Detail and document design guidelines
- Work closely with development teams to adapt design guidelines to technical constraints, while ensuring quality of experience
- Follow up user interface development for all our projects and over their duration
- Communicate to team members about best practices and latest trends

We expect from you:
- Degree in Computer Science
- At least 4-5 years of experience in analysis, design and implementation of User Interfaces.
- Excellent knowledge of visual and interactive design best practices, and how they apply to varied projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills (oral, visual and written)
- Flair for intuitive interfaces design and ability to read between words
- Quality oriented and strong attention to detail
- Team player and interest in close customer and technical cooperation
- Very good knowledge of web technologies (HTML 4/5, CSS3, JavaScript) and design tools (Axure and Photoshop)
- Project and development experience in a JAVA or .NET environment
