Hanoi - Looking for Art Manager

We're looking for ART MANAGER of Japanese company, specialized in Mobile game, based in Hanoi.Salary negotiate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•As assigned, lead art team members to meet project deadlines and milestones;
•Improve communication with Tokyo and Singapore offices;
•Facilitate and manage all art team communication both internal and external;
•Identify problems that can be address visually and provide solutions;
•Collaborate with HR Dept. to recruit artists and make performance appraisal for Art team members;
•Make schedule, planning and estimation for art works;
•And have other responsibilities, if any, as required by General Director.
REQUIREMENTS

•Strong sense of responsibility and accountability, leadership skill as a team leader;
•Set a pace of art development clock cycle and guide artists towards the set deadline;
•Provide reliable report of team quality and progress to Producer, Engineering Manager, and other key managers, and ensure the pace and quality of art development to get in sync with others;
•Strong work ethics and team work;
•Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
•Good documentation and presentation skills.
