Job Description: International Holding is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support marketing operations by formatting and reporting information / materials associated with our diversified businesses.

Our major specializations are financial sector and marine transportations.

Responsibilities:

1. Assistance to Marketing Manager with day-to-day operations.

2. Employment of marketing analytics techniques to gather important data.

3. Composition and posting content online on the company’s website and social media accounts.

4. Help with the organise market researches.

5. Communications directly with contractors and part workers encouraging our trusting relationships with them.

6. Monitoring of the company's online reputation and PR.

This position requires strong knowledge in graphic design as:

1. Preparations of mailers, brochures and other marketing collaterals by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing and delivery of marketing collaterals.

2. Working with a wide range of media and using graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop).

3. Work as part of a team with copywriters and web-developers.

4. Knowledge of web-design and ability to participate in company’s digital activities is a great asset.

Requirements:

- English is a must (fluently in both verbal and written). Prefer candidates graduated from overseas.

- Communicability and willingness to communicate in English daily.

- The desire to advance yourself in marketing area.

- Experience using graphic design software packages such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

- Commercial awareness and understanding of business basics.

- Abilities to work under deadlines keeping up the quality of works.

- Being a strong team player with CAN-DO attitude.

- Previous experience working as Graphic Designer cum Marketing Assistance ideally would be a strong advantage.

- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills are needed.
