We are now looking for 01 suitable person to fill Customer Service Executive position at our company with responsibilities and requirements as followings:

Responsibles:

1. Deal with all customers' request and complaints

2. Deal with partners' request and complaints

3. Study new specifications and create new templates

4. Study new images and define image processing steps and cooperate with training team to execute the new process

6. Manage leads' profiles

7. Translate comments in new templates/old template with updates (coordinate with training executive)

Requirements:

1. Photoshop skill is an advantage (Senior level)

2. English fluency (Especially speaking and writing)

3. Good at customer service

4. Must work shifts
