Shift Manager

We are looking for responsible and dedicated people to lead our photo editor team with a range of managing, quality control and customer service tasks. The tasks include:

- Work closely with the photo editors and customers.

- Prioritize, assign tasks and supervise team members.

- Conduct employee performance reviews.

- Responsible for shift schedule including: shift rotations, employee training, employee vacations, freelance assignment...

- Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and assure all pictures delivered meet customers’ requirements.

- Keep track of team members’ work and report daily to the manager.
