And I would like to answer you is that our company is multinational. Our staff from China, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Nepal, Vietnam, France, and the UK.

Why does our company want to recruitment international employee?
I think you will prefer local people better than an international employee. Yes, It's right. Not bad ideas.

But we choose to use international employee is because:
1. Language
The first and the main reason in hiring someone from overseas is the language. That's will make you to easy drive on their market.
2. Market knowledge
The second important thing is the market itself. Every market has its own pitfalls, which you need to take into account.
3. Traditions
Every culture has its own traditions, which you should also take into account starting a business in foreign markets. Hiring overseas employees could help you to learn the business etiquette and traditions of locals.
4. Internation team
A variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds will give you more a productive and creative team. Which will give you a more agile team and, as a result, the loyalty of your customers!
5. Fun
And, of course, it is really interesting to communicate with someone, who has a totally different background, experience and has grown up in a different environment.

Just a little curious, the salary will be paid with SGD or USD? Because with SGD it'd be a little lesser than in compare with Vietnam for the same position? And since Singapore is much more expensive than Vietnam isn't would be difficult for us to maintain our life there? Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

I'm very pleasure to answer such a good explained question !
The salary will be paid by SGD up to $1000.

Since Singapore is a country got an expensive living cost. So that our company very pleasure to provide you a FREE accommodation ( Aircon room, free cooking, washing machine ..etc.. ) and FREE transportation which cost you around SGD $600 per month. And free up to 10 trips holiday per year. About meal by your own which will cost you around $3 - $5 per meal.
