: Flash Creative Developer
: Engineering Director (American)/Project Manager (Israelian)

: USD 900 – 1400 (gross/month)

Main Activities:

• Working in coordination and collaboration with the creative team and other programmers;
• Effectively communicate their ideas to the art directors;
• Updated about new programming tools, creative suits and cutting edge technologies in order to sustain in this highly competitive field;
• More details will be share in the interview meeting.

Job requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience – in an advertising /interactive / digital / media studio environment;
• In depth knowledge of ActionScript 3.0;
• In-depth understanding of Flash compression practices and file-structuring techniques;
• Top Notch knowledge of Flash animation techniques;
• Experience in creating Flash applications that use XML and server side technologies;
• Ability to create dynamic XML driven elements: o Animated Photo Galleries; o Video Galleries.
• Know how to encode audio and video within Flash;
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
• Basic understanding of User Experience and interface concepts;
• English – well speaking.
