Responsibility

• Act an important part in customer requirement meeting and consultancy.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Implement performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automation of company systems.
• Coordinate and support other team member in various projects.
• Be up to date with industry innovations, technology, and techniques.
• Traveling domestically and internationally when required.

Skills & Experiences:

• 4+ years experienced in Graphic & Web Design
• Good English skills.
• Creative and innovative problem solving skill.
• Require strong experience and skills in:
  • Adobe Photoshop. Other graphical design tool is optional (AI, Corel…)
  • UI, UX design
• Optional requirements
  • HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, REST, JSON.
• Be able to make quick design mockup.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies.

Other requirements:

• Bachelor degree (or similar) in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Good listener and willing to learn.
• Flexible and creative approaches.
• Responsible and highly committed.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Integrity and a good team player.
