    5. Plan and coordinate application testing and releases.
    6. Understand the importance of using standards and methods and because of this force programmer to disciplined and structured programming.

    8. Proactive, creative open mindset.
    9. Constantly developing yourself.
    10. Thorough in detailing user stories and researching scenarios with end users.
