In order to ensure all employees have proper training and continuously advance their professional skills we are now looking for a Training Executive with responsibilities and requirements as the followings:
Responsibilities

- Able to identify and analyze training needs through determining gaps between company, customer expectations and workforce competencies.
- Able to design, develop and organize annual training courses/training videos/documents for Photo Editors by using appropriate materials, tools and methods.
- To translate and compile training manuals and materials as required.
- Able to produce annual training plan and annual training budgets.
- Conduct pre & post training evaluation to measure training needs and effectiveness of the participants.
- Evaluate entry tests for photo editor and freelance candidates.
- Other duties as assigned.


Requirements


- Excellent skill in Photoshop is a must
- Competent English skill in all 4 skills (Listening, reading, writing, speaking) – our company language is English and there will be a high level of communication with regional partners.
- Be able to make training videos, documents.
- Good training, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and willing to help develop others.
- Good time and work management skills.-
- Able to work independently.
- Prefer a small-business, fast paced working environment.
