Designing postcards for tourism

You are a graphic designer and you are looking for a new project?

Here it is.

We are looking for some designers to design around 2 packages of postcards, each package is 10 designs/motives. You bid on only one package.

In one package, there should be:

+ 3 sizes;

+ one series of at least 3 postcards

The topic is the beauty of nature of Vietnam together with butterflies (and maybe dragonflies). Our target areas are Sa Pa and some national parks, i.e: Cat Tien.

Themes: landscape, local people, nature, local attractions, animals and plants. For Cat Tien we need s and birds, butterflies and dragonflies and crocodile lake.

The first thing we want about you is: you are free with the ideas, from size, style to layout, you are free with your creativity. You can propose with the sizes you like and tell us why do you like it.

There are few things you need to keep in mind:

+ These postcards will be sold to tourists (local and foreign), so the postcards must be beautiful and attractive, to attract people to buy.

+ The postcards in one set need to have “relationship” with each other, so people can recognize that they are a set and if they buy one postcard, they want to buy the whole set.

+ We will provide you pictures, logo, text (name of butterflies) at both sides of the postcard.

+ The final product must be ready-to-print and you need to be aware of size of text and everything.

Here are few things we want to know from you to be able to select you:

+ Have you ever designed postcard? If yes, can you send sample?

+ Either you ever designed postcard or not yet, please send us some layouts you can think about from what we want! The layout should be both the front and the back.

+ We then will send you design of our previous postcards and please tell us what you don’t like about it and can enhance from it.

Please also send us the quotation for your designs!

The number 200,000 I posted is just to put a number.

Be creative! If you are the best designer, we may hire you for all 20 designs. If you have 25 great designs, we may buy all.
