Hiện tại, với 9 trung tâm thương mại cao cấp tại Việt Nam trong đó 06 TTTM tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, 01 TTTM tại Hà Nội, 01 TTTM tại Hải Phòng và 01 TTTM tại Đà Nẵng với hơn 300 nhãn hàng bao gồm các thương hiệu nổi tiếng thế giới cũng như các nhãn hiệu nổi tiếng trong khu vực trong đó có nhiều thương hiệu lần đầu tiên xuất hiện tại thị trường Việt Nam như Coach, Shu Uemura, Bobbi Brown, MAC, La Mer, The Body Shop, Benefit, Christian Dior, Estée Lauder, Lancôme, Clinique, Shiseido, Gucci, Clarins, Lacoste, Guess, CK Jeans, Esprit, Levis, Ecco, Geox, Addidas, Nike đến các nhãn hiệu lớn trong nước như Vera, Nino Maxx, N&M, An Phuoc… Ngoài ra, Parkson còn cung cấp các dịch vụ giải trí, khu vực ăn uống, khu siêu thị phục vụ cho tất cả khách hàng.

Key ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Delegate work accordingly to Visual Merchandising Supervisors and Artists level with guidance and motivation by:
o Imparting project in details to keep the qualities of the displaying, designing and decorating plans.
o Setting up detailed objectives for the direct reports to meet the display deadline.
o Examining and evaluating the project to ensure the predetermined progress.

- Work closely with Marketing and Visual Merchandising team in Malaysia on all promotions and daily functions of Visual Marketing by:
o Frequently communicating with the team to acknowledge the new execution projects.
o Asking for approval from Visual Merchandising Department in Malaysia for all Visual Creative work before execution on the floor.

- Implementing ideas in the store by:
o Working closely with the team to brainstorm new proposed ideas.
o Working closely with the Advertising and Promotion Department (HO) for new proposed ideas.

- Monitoring and making sure all works are executed well in the store by:
o Regularly checking the display and decoration of the Department Store to make sure everything of good aesthetic standards.
o Making sure styling of mannequins is up to date and maintains the standards
o Investigating the quality assurance during and after the implementation period.

- Monitoring general maintenance by:
o Determining what needs to be maintained and get approval for maintenance from Visual Merchandising Department in Malaysia.
o Monitoring the maintenance, upgrading and alternation for those places/ works that are determined to be fixed.

- Train and develop staff by:
o Appraising the staff to find out the training needs.
o Together with the training staff, initially and periodically implementing necessary class-room training and on-the-job training courses for staff.
o Offering counseling sessions for staff in need.

Minimum Qualifications and Skill requirements
- 2 year experience as a designer.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- English/Vietnamese ability: Competent in speaking, writing and reading.
- Having analyzing, negotiating, communicating and contracting skills.
- Having communication and interpersonal skills.
- Having management skill (manage display & operations practices effectively).
- Honesty, integrity, carefulness.
- Ability to work under high pressure with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Graphic software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and Office software (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Problem solving skill: Ability to define, analyze different type of problems and know how to handle promptly, effectively.
- Promote Teamwork: Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers; handle interpersonal conflict effectively.
