[HCM] Seeking: BIM Drafter - Simpson Strong-Tie Vietnam ltd.,company

Position Summary

· The ideal candidate for this position should have a graduation degree at a college or vocational intermediate in one or more of the following disciplines: Civil, Architecture, Structure or related fields.
· The BIM Drafter works directly under the BIM Designer and BIM Senior Designer and follow their directives. The successful candidate with demonstrated experience, knowledge and qualifications in the following areas of responsibility and required skills:​

Duties | Responsibilities

· Create 2D and 3D BIM wood residential houses for U.S. market.
· Communicate with team members via chat, email and phone conversations.
· Attention to detail and problem solving.
· Apply judgment, evaluating for best approach, and make decisions with respect to drawings and input interpretation. ​

Skills

· Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
· Good at English writing and reading ( Toeic 600)
· Personal time management skills for meeting established deadlines with high quality work.
· Willingness to learn and be a quick learner.
· Using standard AutoCAD & Microsoft Office products proficiently.
· Can work independently but also can be a good team player.​
