[HCM] Tuyển Junior Art Director

Currently we are looking for potential candidates for the position: Junior Art Director

Job Description
Takes responsibility for (assigned) brand concept, design, presentation, execution, and production of all projects for assigned accounts (through the line activities)

** Description of Duties
- At least 1 year-experience as an Junior Art Director (minimum 3 year-experience in advertising in total)
- Someone who is always looking for new challenge and motivated to seek new knowledge with open mind, constantly updated with current trend or hungry for new technology in advertising and an ideas or who can produce great idea.
- Independent and can work with minimal supervision or team player.
- Provides mentorship, guidance, and support to other artists within the group.
- Presents and sells ideas internally and to clients.
- Manages creative process, work flow, workload, and resources among the art group as well as resources outside.
- Oversees, implements and is keeper of visual brand mandatory’s and consistencies.

Job Requirement
- Proficient with application or software to get the job done (including, but not limited to, Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, QuarkXPress, In Design, PowerPoint, and 3-D rendering).
- English speaking would be added bonus.
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines and pressure.
