players around the world. Founded in 2018, the team is known for its creative excellence and
technological innovation in improving and developing hyper casual mobile games including improving
the Marketability of games, driving user Acquisition, improving the Retention and Monetization of
hyper casual games.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be creating 3D models and animations for games played by millions of people all over the
world. You will work both with external developers all over the world, and help lead a team in Ho Chi
Minh City, Vietnam. You will be exposed to all areas of the business and bear the responsibilities
associated with that exposure. We need a creative and ambitious leader with a passion for mobile
games, and hyper casual games in particular. You will lead the company to ensure best practices are
being used to design only the highest quality games for our players.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead all aspects of 3D design: modeling, rigging, animation, etc..
• Participate in creative discussion and implementation alongside Artists and other Designers.
• Ensure all aspects of creative development process run smoothly.
• Help design and develop new games, in addition to altering and improving existing games for
external developers.

QUALIFICATION
• Have been a 3D Artist or Designer at a game studio, creative agency or ad agency.
• You are a natural leader.
• Strong organizational skills.
• You value attention to detail.
• Work well under pressure.
• Understanding the balance between fun-driven decision making and metrics-driven decision
making.
• Ability to move quickly and understanding of how to be creative with a minimal amount of time
