Job Details

We are looking for a creative, imaginative,original individual to be responsible for developing and designing the contents and rules of mobile games in the pre-production stage. You will be designing gameplay, environment, storyline, characters, levels, puzzles, art and animation using various computer programming languages. Communicate with the Producers, Programmers and Artists to oversee the implementation of features and systems.

• Define the game’s design, game prototypes, wireframe prototypes, technical specifications, fun factor and content
• Design features which will increase user experience, engagement and monetization
• Helping to standardize the flows and processes within the content generation pipelines
• Building relationships with development and creative teams to facilitate idea generation and feature implementation
• Assisting to input data into the games
• Tuning various unit, equipment and building values
• Analysing user data, pitching and developing new mechanics
• Project management tasks and testing early versions of video games
• Manage budgets, work schedules and project timelines.
• A passionate game player with in-depth knowledge on mobile games
• Someone who have experience with data analysis, metrics and KPI targets

Job Requirements

• • • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a game design role
    • A solid understanding of game mechanics and game content pipelines
    • The desire and tenacity to contribute unique concepts, ideas and solutions
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the overall game design process
    • Good in Maths or writing contents
    • Extremely perculiar and detail-oriented
    • Natural documentation abilities
    • Competent designing and balancing various levelling curves
    • Fluency in a number of software packages
    • In depth understanding of the market and target audience for mobile games
