Looking for UX/UI Designers (Singapore based Company)

We are a Singapore-based company that is looking for creative, communicative and experienced UX/UI Designers.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Key Responsibilities

• Work with product managers, engineers, and end users to define software product functionality and translate specs into wireframes, designs, and functional prototypes.
• Create visual designs and graphic assets for Product Development Team
• Conduct competitive analysis, user interviews, and develop customer personas to inform user-centered insights for final deliverables
• Present ideas and features to internal and external users to collect feedback and adjust designs as necessary.
• Work with product management and engineering to improve usability and consistency across all software products.
• Work with marketing team to help develop collateral and digital assets to support product launch and marketing.
• Develop reusable assets and style guides to ensure a uniform look and feel across all software products.
  

Basic Qualifications

• Must have a beautiful portfolio with innovative and create yet functional wireframes and associated designs
• 1+ year work experience as a designer developing shipping products
• BA/BS degree in Design (Graphic, Interaction, Product), HCI, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience creating wireframes, designs, storyboards, user flows and process flows
• Exceptional visual design skills while prioritizing optimal user-system interaction
• Naturally organized, able to work autonomously, with the ability to quickly reprioritize projects in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
• Proven track record of working with engineering and product teams for design and product coordination.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Skilled at delivering high fidelity visual assets using graphic and web/mobile/tablet design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Skilled at creating site maps or workflows and wireframes (e.g., using Axure, Balsamiq, Invision, Omnigraffle, Sketch or similar tool)
• Experience working with HTML5 / CSS3
• Proficiency working with JavaScript
• Experience with Agile Methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
• Propensity for innovative and strategic problem solving
