Currently, I'm looking for a Design Project Manager.

Salary ~25+ Millions NET.

Working hours:

• 09:00 - 18:00 (3 weeks/month)
• 14:00 - 23:00 (1 week/month)

Here are the requirements:

External
• Contact clients in Europe and USA to receive, discuss and carefully review Digital Design Projects requirements.
• Discuss the requirements and troubleshoot issues or problems of the projects with Des & Dev team and the clients via email and other communication tools

Internal
ONLINE AD PROJECTS: BANNERS (HTML, Flash, Static, GIF Animation, Video), MICROSITE, FACEBOOK ADS
• Analyze the requirements; Forecast, estimate and plan projects; Organize resources, control qualities and deadlines, and assess risks of the projects
• Manage projects and tasks: responsibility of creating project's Epics for team members, assigning tasks, coordinating completion of daily tasks, monitor and control the quality of Design Projects effectively
• Assign, communicate, explain the project's requirements to designers and developers accurately
• Deliver, update, fix bug of products according to client's feedback
• Upload banners ads to internet "ad-serving": Google Double Click, Sizmek, Adform, Facebook, Youtube
• Perform ads testing to ensure high qualities of banners.
• Report costs to the clients, workloads to upper managers and head of Design Department

EMAIL MARKETING PROJECTS
• Manage Email marketing production.
• Contact and discuss the design and specification of new Emails Marketing projects with clients
• Assign, follow, quality control, fix bug of implementing HTML tasks
• Upload emails and test emails with compatible software, screens and devices to ensure the qualities of images, HTML email's structures, text versions.
