What You Will Do
* Job duties:
• To develop SEM delivery and optimization strategy, and to optimize the effect of the promotion;
• Responsible for the implementation of the SEM in Baidu, 360, Google and other search engines,
• Effective management of a large number of key words of advertising, for the product characteristics and Internet users search habits, optimize keywords and landing page;
• Provide data analysis report regularly, and find out the corresponding improvement method to ensure the normal and effective promotion of SEM;
• SEM related data analysis, summary of the issue, and the formation of the report, for decision-making reference

* Job responsibilities:
• According to the channel promotion index, according to the promotion strategy, effective implementation, to achieve the target effect;
• Channel activity plan, implementation, to promote the effect of tracking, analysis, feedback, according to strategy implementation;
• The use of marketing resources, expand the new marketing channels, improve the overall performance.
What You Are Good At
• At least 3 years' experience in SEM operation and management
• Good at Cantonese or Madarin
• Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, computer and information management.
• Operation of large accounts, for Baidu and other mainstream channels SEM understanding;
• Careful data analysis skills, able to skillfully use a variety of software tools for data analysis
• Can work under the pressure, the result is the work way, can according to the KPI index to achieve the work performance, is highly sensitive to ROI
• Has the experience of the financial industry in large quantities of key words
• Computer / electronic business / financial professional, can read the website code, familiar with Baidu, Google and SEM analysis tool.

* Working condition:
• College degree or above, 2 years and above the Internet marketing experience;
• Familiar with SEO, micro blog, micro channel, mail, alliance and other network marketing practices, have the actual successful operation experience;
• Excellent learning ability, with strong communication skills and learning ability.
