UX/UI designer

PURPOSE/VALUE AND SCOPE

The Senior UI/UX Designer will help to drive DatViet VAC’s UX/UI product vision across all media streaming devices, phones, tablets and the web.

This position works closely with Corporate Affairs supervisor/ manager, Creative Director, IT team and other cross-functional teams to create concepts, wireframes, designs and prototypes for DVGH website/intranet/ mobile app .... This role requires strong design and user experience skills, an understanding of the digital and connected device landscape and technologies, and a passion for elegant user experience and design with an attention to detail. A visionary attitude and entrepreneurial spirit are key factors to success.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1/ Website, intranet and other digital platforms

- Collaborate with Corporate Affairs supervisor, Creative Director, IT team and other cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the company websites/ intranet platform.. visuals and experience

- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off

- Work with developers to ensure the product is being developed as per the design

- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to target stakeholders

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback

- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

- Represent and ensure UX integrity when collaborating with marketing, engineers and product managers to address brand, technology, and business requirements

2/ Branding and event activation

- Coordinate with CA designers to develop visual set for company’s events

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE
- Strong background in creative, interactive/product applications

- At least two years of professional experience

- Proficiency with wire framing in Sketch and Axure.

- Proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator.

- Proficiency with prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, and the like.

- Basic understanding of HTML5 and CSS3; JavaScript skills are a plus.

- Experienced at creating and revising information architecture documents and diagrams including but not limited to: task diagrams, site maps, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.

- Fluent in responsive design, mobile/tablet UX/UI patterns.

- Experience in conducting user research (user interviews, contextual inquiry, usability testing)

- Excellent analytical skills

- Possess leadership qualities

- Must have an eye for design and attention to detail.

- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to team members and developers

Ability to convey technical information to a non–technical audience
