Vấn đề về font bản quyền

ví dụ làm web cho cty hay tổ chức lớn, xài hàng bản wuyền share tùm lum trên đây, nó biết nó chửi vô mặt

Nếu thiết kế cho các tập đoàn đa quốc gia thì sẽ dính đến bản quyền ở luật quốc tế.
Việt Nam mình không có bảo về bản quyền font chữ đâu, bác yên tâm cho nên bác có lấy font chữ của thằng bạn thân nhất thì cũng chỉ có tòa án lương tâm phán xử thôi.

Nôm na thì
- Quốc tế: các quốc gia có luật bản quyền chặt chẽ thì khi vẽ ra bản phác thảo là đã là của bạn.
- Việt Nam:: phải đi đăng ký thì mới có bản quyền, mà font chữ hàng bao nhiêu thế kia mấy ông quản lý sợ dính vào rắc rối lắm. Nên cho đến bây giờ vẫn chưa có ai đăng ký bản quyền font chữ thành công ở VN đâu.

Các bạn cho mình hỏi font có SIL Open Font License (OFL) trên fontsquirrel có thể dùng làm logo mà không chịu bất cứ sai phạm về pháp luật nào đúng không. Vì logo sẽ được đăng ký bản quyền nên mình rất băn khoăn vấn đề này. ToiHocDoHoa.com
